Method of Payment. Payment via our website is through Paypal. Paypal is a secure way to pay online using either a debit/credit card or by opening your own paypal account. If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email your order to us at sales@northernarknursery.co.uk and we will contact you to confirm the cost.

Delivery charges. (delivery in the UK only)

We do not have a minimum order value, however we do charge delivery at full cost price for orders under £25.00.

For UK mainland:

£16.00 for all orders up to £24.99.

£7.50 for orders from £25.00 to £74.99

£10.00 for orders from £75.00 to £149.99.

£15.00 for orders over £150.00

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man: please ask for a delivery price.

Mail order. We offer a mail order service all year round. We use a 24hr courier service (48hr for the Highlands and Islands) and will send plants out at the beginning of the week , to allow for any delays in transit. Please let us know if there are any dates when you can't accept the delivery.

We will notify you by email on the day of dispatch of your order.

National Trust. We are an approved supplier of plants to the National Trust. Payment can be made with a purchase order. Please email your order to us and we will confirm the cost. Our entire plant range is grown in peat-free compost.

Collection of orders: You can place an order online or email/phone your order through to us and arrange collection from our nursery or any of the markets that we attend (see below). When you place an order online please indicate in the delivery instructions that you would like to collect your order, and we will refund the cost of postage as this is added on automatically through paypal.

Collection from our nursery. We will contact you after we have received your order to arrange a time for collection.

Collection from Farmer's Markets. We are happy for orders to be collected from these. Just let us know which one when you place an order.

We attend the following markets:

Morpeth Farmer's Market on the first Saturday of every month

Hexham Farmer's Market on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month

Alnwick Farmer's Market on the last Friday of every month
