Substitutions. We are happy to suggest suitable alternatives
if any of our plants are out of stock. However, we will not substitute
anything without contacting you first.
On Receipt. Please unpack and check your plants when they
arrive, even if you do not intend to plant them at once. They will
benefit from being watered and stood out to get some fresh air.
If, when received, any plants are found to be damaged or in any
way unacceptable to you, then please contact us at once. They will
be replaced or refunded without question.
Complaints. If for any reason you are unhappy with your
order please contact us as soon as possible. complaints@northernarknursery.co.uk
VAT. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
